Storage related

The stored data of the scanner system is divided into scanning result files and intermediate temporary data files. Save path of exported data can be set in the storage setting. Keep the temporary file so that the case can be reopened for viewing and scanning. Save the path in the system disk, and the path cannot be modified. Saving too many temporary files may reduce the system disk space and even affect normal scanning. Please set a reasonable time limit for temporary files according to the situation.

Data backup: The scanned cases can be backed up to other paths in batches to save valuable cases. The backup function not only backs up the scanning result files, but also retains the intermediate temporary files, which can be re-imported into the scanning software to open or re-scan. You can batch select cases for backup based on the timeline, or you can back up only the favorite cases.

Data cleaning: cases can be deleted in batch. Only the intermediate temporary files of the cases will be deleted, and the exported data will not be deleted. Deleted cases cannot be opened in the scanner.
